I love decorating and organizing in my spare time. So much so that I once considered becoming an interior designer on the side.
Delesha is a dedicated nonprofit leader and serves as the Chief Program Officer, where she oversees the quality, effectiveness, and strategic direction of all programs, services, and operations. She leads with a data-informed mindset overseeing agency-wide data collection, analysis, and continuous quality improvement to strengthen outcomes for youth. Her work includes managing the organization’s operational dashboard, identifying trends, and presenting key insights to executive leadership and Covenant House International to guide strategic planning and organizational performance.
With deep expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, and data and grant compliance, Delesha also represents Covenant House Texas in community initiatives and benchmarking efforts that advance the organization’s mission. She serves on the Texas Network of Youth Services (TNOYS) Board of Directors, contributing to governance policy development, leadership evaluation, recruitment, and long-term sustainability efforts.
In her volunteer work, Delesha is an active member of the Continental Societies, Inc. Houston Metropolitan Chapter, where she is committed to providing children in local schools and communities with high-quality programs and activities in Health, Education, Employment, Recreation, and the Arts & Humanities.
Committed to operational excellence and youth advocacy, Delesha continues to elevate programs and services that empower young people across Texas.
